Lots of stuff happened this week that made it hard to concentrate on anything: Medication changes, building management coming in to fix broken tiles throughout the house, hospitalization of family members, death anniversaries, need I say more? For all intents and purposes, I should have gotten more done...

That said...my mind has been mulling over various types of games such as Mewgenics, Everything is Crab, Niche, Spore...thinking of instances where I might be able to put some of my designs into a game format of some kind. Everything is Crab mechanics are so far the thing that seems to intrigue me the most right now.

These past two weeks I've been working on the anatomy studies for my Cockatrice. Take a look:

I've never truly gone in and learned extensively the anatomy of birds...and I realized just how much I didn't know as I was practicing.

Next two weeks will be moving towards finalizing the Cockatrice creature and giving it a proper name...possibly starting another creature.
